beginning tri.sama

there are moments in life when something begins quietly. not through a big decision or sudden change, but through a gradual return.

a return to what feels grounding. to what feels true. to what allows us to slow down enough to actually notice life again.

tri.sama grew from this space.

from years of movement, travel, exploration, and change. from navigating fast-paced environments while sensing a different rhythm beneath them.

yoga became part of that journey slowly. first as movement, then as breath, awareness, and presence. along the way, i began to notice how deeply we are shaped by the spaces we move through…places, people, nature, conversations, and silence.

bali became one of the places that reminded me of this most clearly. a place i continue to return to, both physically and internally. a place where life softens, and connection feels simple again.

more recently, i deepened my yoga practice through formal training and continued advanced studies, while beginning to share this practice through teaching.

i started teaching at sportegration. a space whose philosophy resonates deeply with me. using movement as a way to create connection, belonging, and integration across different cultures and life experiences. teaching there reminded me that yoga is not about perfection.

it is about humanity. about creating spaces where people can arrive exactly as they are.

tri.sama was born from these experiences.

inspired by the harmony between body, mind, and nature, it is a space for slowing down, reconnecting, and returning, both individually and together. through outdoor journeys, shared gatherings, movement, tea, and presence, my intention is not to create perfection or performance, but experiences that feel human, grounding, and alive.

this journal is a space to share reflections, journeys, inspirations, and moments along the way.

thank you for being here at the beginning.
